Kramer, Herbert W.	Services will be held on Monday, October 28, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. at Beth Judah Congregation in Ventnor, NJ, located at 700 N. Swarthmore Avenue. Family and friends will return to the Longport home of Joanne and Donnie Davidow to observe Shiva on Monday afternoon and evening, and at their home in Philadelphia on Tuesday, October 29, 2007, in the afternoon and evening.
